GETTING STARTED

You might have a clear sense of what you want support with—or you might simply know that something isn’t working and you’d like help meeting it differently.

Wherever you are, you’re welcome here.

Is Therapy With Us a Good Fit?

Our work is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in presence. We work with individuals and groups who want to understand themselves more deeply, explore patterns with care, and create space for change that feels sustainable rather than forced.

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy, and you don’t need to have the “right words.” Curiosity is enough. If you’re unsure whether working with us is the right fit, reach out and we’re happy to explore that together.

What the First Step Looks Like

We begin with a brief consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, get a sense of what’s bringing you in, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

You’re welcome to ask questions about:

  • Our approach and how therapy works

  • What sessions might feel like

  • Availability, fees, and logistics

There’s no pressure to commit. The consultation is simply a conversation.

What Therapy Is Like

Therapy is a space to slow down and attend to what’s present—emotionally, relationally, and in the body. Together, we listen for patterns, unmet needs, and places where new understanding might emerge.

Sessions are collaborative and paced with care. We prioritize safety, consent, and your sense of agency, especially when working with vulnerable or long-standing experiences.

While therapy can include difficult moments, it also often brings clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Practical Details

Sessions
Sessions are typically 55 minutes and offered in person and/or via secure tele-health platforms.

Fees & Payment
We offer private pay, insurance, and Medicaid options. We believe access to care matters and aim to be transparent about costs. More details can be found on each therapists profile page.

Availability
Availability varies by therapist. If we don’t currently have an opening that fits your needs, we’ll do our best to offer next steps, including waitlist options or referrals.

Choosing a Therapist

Finding the right therapist matters. You’re welcome to request a specific clinician or ask for guidance if you’re unsure who might be the best fit. You can learn more about each therapist’s background and approach on our Meet Our Team page.
